Signing up for online banking

What you'll need

If you've got a NatWest account (and you're over 16) Sign up for online banking now. Remember to have the following handy:

• Account number
• Sort code
• Debit card (if you have one)

What happens when you sign-up?

We'll give you a Customer Number. Keep this safe as you need it every time you log in.

If you enter your Debit Card details when you sign up, you could receive instant access to your accounts, which means you can check up to the minute balances and transactions and transfer money between your NatWest accounts.

Limited Liability Partnerships

This sign up process is for all personal and business customers except Limited Liability Partnerships.

Limited Liability Partnerships should download and print an application form and return this to us in the post.
